Employee and Food Safety Supervisor


This position has the primary responsibility to ensure that Olsen Brothers is in compliance with all regulations that affect employee and food safety. This includes establishing and carrying out the policies, trainings, and programs for the company that regulate and safeguard employee and food safety.


This role handles the coordination and adherence to all internal and external employee and food safety compliance programs.  Participating in as well as playing a leading role in audits and inspections from such agencies as L&I, Global GAP, and Primus are key roles for this employee.  This position makes certain that actions are taken to correct deficiencies or violations of standards, investigates employee complaints and suggestions regarding hazardous conditions, maintains safety records, completes and files required reporting in a timely manner, communicates directly with company management, and required regulatory officials.
